The ChemiScreen M1 Acetylcholine Muscarinic Receptor Stable Cell Line is an engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. acetylcholine) based activation of CHRM1 GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses CHRM1 alongside endogenous high levels of the promiscuous G protein, Gα15, coupling the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway. Upon activation of CHRM1, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. ATCC Canine distemper virus; Strain: Snyder Hill
Canine distemper virus strain Snyder Hill was derived from ATCC VR-526 by adaptation to growth in Vero cells (ATCC CCL-81). ATCC VR-526, deposited by L.E. Carmichael, was isolated from the brain of a dog with clinical distemper in September 1950. Because it was propagated in animal tissue, ATCC will no longer offer that product.

Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR) is also known as mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET), c-Met, and is a glycosylated receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a central role in epithelial morphogenesis and cancer development.
